What are the properties of a high-quality wire rope electric hoist?

There are many criteria for identifying whether a wire rope electric hoist is qualified or of high quality. One of the very important is that it needs to have some necessary performance, including:

1. The electric hoist of the corresponding working level should be selected reasonably according to the use level and load status level.

2. The similar structure, basic parameters, performance and size of the electric hoist should meet the design requirements.

3. The reducer should not leak oil.

4. The hook should rotate flexibly and can rotate 360° in the horizontal plane.

5. When the hook is lowered and the wire rope has no other external force, the wire rope should be able to be discharged from the drum freely. When lifting and lowering, the angle between the center line of the wire rope and the center line of the spiral groove is not more than 3.5° Should be able to work with smart cars.

6. When doing static load test, the electric hoist should be able to bear a test load of 1.25 times the rated lifting capacity. After the test, there should be no cracks, deformation and paint peeling on the stress parts, and there should be no looseness in the joints.

7. During the dynamic load test, the electric hoist should be able to bear a test load of 1.1 times the rated lifting capacity. During the test, it should work normally and brake reliably.

8. The electric hoist with operating mechanism shall meet the following performance requirements under rated load:

(1) There should be no abnormal phenomena during operation.

(2) There should be no abnormal phenomena in the 1/200 climbing test.

(3) The allowable deviation of the running speed should be ±15% of the nominal value (no assessment for slow speed).

9. Under the rated load, the braking slip should not be greater than V/100 (V is the distance between the rated word and the stable lifting in the next 1 minute), and should not be greater than 200mm.

10. Under the conditions of rated load and motor terminal voltage fluctuation of ±10%, there should be no abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the motor and brake.
