Talking about the quality requirement standard of electric hoist
Electric hoists have single-phase electricity and three-phase electricity. The rated voltage of the main circuit of the three-phase electricity is three-phase AC 380v, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. It is composed of a motor, electrical equipment and button switches. The quality standard requirements of electric hoist are as follows:
1. The equipment and equipment used in the electric hoist shall comply with the current national standards and shall have the equipment nameplate.
2. The packaging is complete and the seals should be well sealed.
3. Unpacking and checking the specification and quantity should meet the design requirements, and accessories and spare parts should be complete.
4. The technical documents of the product should be complete, and the visual inspection should be free of damage, deformation and corrosion.
5. The installation of the slings and free suspension cables of flexible cables shall meet the requirements.
6. The mechanical strength of the terminal fixing device and the tensioning device should meet the requirements, and the large pulling force should be greater than that of the sliding line or the sling.
7. When the length of the trolley wire and the sling is less than or equal to 25m, the adjustment margin of the terminal tensioning device should not be less than 0.2m.
8. The slack of the trolley wire or the sling should be selected according to the material specifications and the temperature of the installation link, and the slack deviation of the trolley wire should not be greater than 20mm.
9. The cable head of the suspension device should be reliably fixed with the flexible cable. The distance between the cable heads should not be greater than 5m.
10. Except for the weak current system, the wiring on the crane adopts copper core multi-strand wires or cables with a rated voltage of not less than 500v, and the cross-sectional area of the multi-strand wires shall not be less than 2.5 square meters. The cross-sectional area of the multi-strand cable shall not be less than 1.5 square meters.
