2. After the oil filter element has worked for 250 hours, it should be stacked for inspection, and the filter element can be replaced or cleaned if necessary.
3. The various valves of the hydraulic system will definitely be fully tested before leaving the factory. Operators should also check once when they are used. Basically, the pressure and flow rate are specified to see if there are any traces that have been touched.
4. Every half a month, the bottom oil drain of the hydraulic mailbox should be cleaned to remove water and impurities. Or, after one year of use and 2000 hours of work, all hydraulic oil must be replaced. Of course, if the oil does not deteriorate, you can extend the oil change interval appropriately. If it is in a particularly harsh working environment, the replacement cycle must be appropriately shortened.
