Operating skills of manual hydraulic pallet truck
The manual hydraulic pallet truck is a small-volume hydraulic device with small body and light weight. It can work in narrow passages and can enter the elevator with full load. Manual hydraulic pallet trucks are mainly used for horizontal transportation and crowded occasions. Because of their compact body, flexible movement, light weight and good environmental performance, they are widely used in factories and warehouses that require horizontal transportation. The operation skills of manual hydraulic pallet truck are as follows:
1. Check whether the hydraulic system is normal, and check whether the wheels are stuck with foreign objects.
2. The cargo is neatly stacked on the plastic board.
3. Fully insert the fork of the hydraulic truck into the middle position of the anchor plate.
4. Raise the hydraulic truck to a proper height and keep the balance to move the goods.
5. After the cargo is transported to the destination and stopped, pull the pressure relief handle to a low position and pull out the hydraulic truck.
6. One-person operation is normal for transportation, and two persons must cooperate with each other before operation.
7. Do not insert off-center or incomplete insert when carrying goods.
8. It is strictly forbidden to carry loose goods.
9. The hydraulic truck must not be used on slopes greater than 30 degrees.
10. It is strictly forbidden to use hydraulic pallet trucks for other purposes (use as a scooter, use as a stepping foot, etc.).

13. Insert the fork of the hydraulic truck completely into the middle position of the anchor plate.

15. After the cargo is transported to the destination and stopped, pull the pressure relief hand-carried cargo to a low position and withdraw the hydraulic truck.
