How to maintain the electric hoist on a jib crane?
In the routine maintenance of the jib crane, we must pay special attention to the maintenance of the electric hoist, because the electric hoist plays a very important role in the work of the jib crane. So, how to maintain the electric hoist on the jib crane?
1. Electric hoists that are newly installed or installed after overhaul should be tested in private cars multiple times. But before the end of the installation, do not connect to the power supply for trial operation.
2. It is not allowed to press and hold 2 more flashlight door buttons to make the electric hoist press in the opposite direction to exercise.
3. Before the normal application of the jib crane, carry out a static load test at 125% of the rated value and lift it off the road about 100mm for 10 minutes to check whether everything is normal.
4. The electric hoist should be controlled by full-time personnel, and the controller should fully grasp the operating regulations, and it is forbidden to tilt and hoist.
5. The dynamic load experiment should be based on the rated load net weight for continuous lift and up and down movement experiments. After the experiment, check whether the gear drive part, the home appliance part and the connection part are all normal.
6. In the application, professional staff must check the electric hoist on time, find common faults and take effective immediately, and carefully record in many aspects.
7. In the application, it is strictly forbidden to apply under the conditions of allowable natural environment, load exceeding the rated value, and closing frequency per hour (120 times).
8. When installing, adjusting and maintaining, be sure to check whether the limit switch equipment is convenient and reliable. When the lifting hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the lifting hook casing and the wire rope drum casing must be More than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must exceed 120mm). When the lifting hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the galvanized wire rope safety ring on the wire rope drum should be ensured, and the reasonable safety ring must be around 2 turns.
9. After working, be sure to turn on the power switch of the switching power supply and disconnect the switching power supply.
