1. The roads driven by KBK track are smooth, solid and reliable, and the parking place is flat.
2. The KBK track shall not be parked on the ramp, and it is not allowed for the two coverings of the KBK track or the stays of the outriggers to be high or low or the soil to be hard and soft.
3. When lifting the components, the sling should be kept vertical, and must not be pulled diagonally beyond the radius of gyration of the KBK track, so as to prevent the overload and the wire rope from slipping or pulling the rope to make the KBK track unstable. Pulling ropes should be provided when lifting heavy components.
4. When the single beam KBK track is operated, the boom should be raised, lowered, and rotated smoothly, and it should not be shaken in the air. At the same time, emergency braking or impact vibration should be avoided as much as possible. Without taking reliable technical measures and without the approval of relevant technical departments, overloading of KBK rails is strictly prohibited to avoid accelerated wear of mechanical parts and cause KBK rails to tip over.
5. KBK track should avoid driving at full load as much as possible; at full load or near full load, it is strictly prohibited to carry out two actions of lifting and turning (lifting and horizontal rotation or lifting and walking) at the same time, so as to avoid uneven roads or inertial forces, etc. The cause of KBK track overload caused a rollover accident.
6. When lifting the components by two machines, a reasonable load distribution should be made according to the lifting capacity of the KBK track (the lifting mass should not exceed 75% of the total allowable lifting weight of the two KBK tracks, and the load of each KBK track is not suitable More than 80% of its safety load).
