Many customers do not know whether the electric hoist can be used directly after it arrives at the use site? In order to ensure the safety of use, because of the uncertainty in the transportation process, it is recommended that after the electric hoist arrives, relevant acceptance, inspection, and preparation can be used.
During transportation, violent loading and unloading may occur, which may cause paint peeling, bumps, and component damage. So make preparations before construction:
1. After the electric hoist arrives, the construction scope and the supervision unit will check and accept the equipment according to the list of four parties, check the specifications, models, quantities, nameplate parameters of the equipment, and conduct visual inspections of parts and vulnerable parts. There should be no defects, according to the packing Single check the technical data, it must not be incomplete. After acceptance, go through the handover procedures, and the supervision and construction unit should sign and approve the problems that arise.
2. Before installation, organize installation technicians and civil engineering technicians to conduct intermediate handover and acceptance of the foundation, and retest the foundation according to the civil engineering foundation drawings and installation technical documents, which should meet the requirements of the technical documents.
3. Before hoisting, carefully check the reducer of the hoisting part of the electric hoist, whether the lubricating oil is filled according to the regulations, and whether the walking part is filled with grease.
4. Carefully check whether the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and check the insulation status of the lifting motor and the walking motor.
5. Check whether the fixed end of the wire rope is tightened and the plug is wedged firmly.
6. Check whether the wiring of the control button is correct, and the safety cord of the fixed button must be installed.
