Whether the electric hoist needs to be disassembled and washed
The rated lifting weight of the electric hoist is generally 0.1-100T, which is generally the source of the whole machine after assembly and trial operation. Generally, do not disassemble and wash it during installation. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Unpacking inspection: Check whether the technical data of the factory is complete, and then whether the spare parts are complete and complete. Check the equipment for bruises. The wire ropes in the reel should be neatly arranged, and should not be in contact with the housing. The rotating parts should be moved by hand, and there should be no jamming, looseness, or abnormal noise.
2. Prepare before hoisting, scrub the oil on the machine body, and add lubricating oil. According to the provisions of the technical documents of the factory, check whether the I-beam model is compatible with the equipment. Disassemble the small wheels on the other side of the walking motor.
3. Hoisting and adjustment. Bundle the machine body with a steel wire rope. The binding place should be covered with flexible materials such as rags or rubber sheets to avoid scratching the machine body. Use a 3-5t hand hoist to hang on the I-beam to hoist the machine body. If the hoisting is not in place, you can use other steel on the I-beam to increase the lifting point, or use a car crane, tripod and other equipment for hoisting. Install the small wheel on the other side of the motor after it is in place, and adjust the gap between the inside of the rim of the electric hoist wheel and the flange of the I-beam track according to the GB50278-98 specification, which should be 3-5mm.
