1. The vibration generated during the work of the cart makes the combination of the sliding iron and the guide rail inadequate, and the power supply problem occurs, which causes the main contactor of the main contactor and the normally open auxiliary contact to be disconnected at the same time. Power off.

 

2. Poor contact of the slippery iron leads to instantaneous phase loss when the crane travels to a certain section of the slide rail. If the missing phase happens to be connected to the control line, the coil of the main contactor will be powered off and self-locking will fail. Even if the bridge crane is re-energized due to inertia sliding past the poor contact point, the main contactor coil cannot pull in by itself, and the start button must be pressed again.

 

3. The vibration generated when the crane lifts the heavy load makes the main contactor not close firmly, the main contact and the normally open auxiliary contact are disconnected due to vibration at the same time, the main contactor coil self-locking failure and power failure.
